Too many AI products are disconnected from the research that powers them. And too much AI research never makes it into products that people actually use. We bridge that gap: every research insight feeds into our platform, and every platform challenge feeds back into our research.
From enterprise software to AI infrastructure
ScaiLabs was originally founded in April 2023 as the artificial intelligence laboratory of Scalix B.V. - a professional software development company with over 20 years of experience building enterprise solutions.
On April 2, 2026, ScaiLabs became an independent legal entity: ScaiLabs B.V., headquartered in Heerlen, The Netherlands. This step reflects the maturity of the platform and the scale of our ambition.
Our heritage in enterprise software gives us something most AI startups lack: deep understanding of what organisations actually need. Security, multi-tenancy, compliance, integration - these aren’t afterthoughts. They’re in our DNA.
